IMTA – PEMBERIAN IZIN MEMPERKERJAKAN TENAGA KERJA ASING

( PERMIT TO EMPLOY FOREIGN WORKER / WORK PERMIT ) – ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR

Kartu / Izin ini adalah untuk warga negara asing di perbolehkan bekerja.

Untuk pengurusan Impor Warga Negara Asing (WNA) FOREIGN CITIZEN Perlu Dokument/Legalitasdi bawah.

Custom Regulation in Indonesia:

Indonesia Citizen:

1. Original Packing List stamped by the Indonesia Embassy
2. Original Passport stamped / legalized by the Indonesia Embassy / Consulate
3. Original B/L (minimal 3 sheets)
4. Obtain letter form the Embassy stating that shipper is returning to Indonesia and taking up residency in Indonesia
5. In addition, must haved lived abroad for minimum 12 months to be exempted from taxes and duties.

Foreign Citizen:

1. Original Passport
2. Original staying permits (KITAS) valid for minimum 12 months, customs clearance maximal 1 month after of before the shipper arrive in Indonesia.
3. Original working permints (IMTA) valid for minimum 12 months, customs clearance maximal 1 month after of before the shipper arrive in Indonesia.
4. Original B/L (minimal 3 sheets)
5. This can only be arraged if the only be arranged if the shipper is already in his country. Should one more document not be ready, shipment should be held at origin. Failure to do so will incur demurrage and port storage charges that will be billed back to origin agent.
6. Flight Ticket, boarding pass
7. Sponsor letter from the employing company here.
8. The time span between the arrival of the goods and the arrival of the person is 90 days (by sea)

Diplomatic Personal:

1. Form PP-8 to be applied for by Embassy in Jakarta from the Indonesia Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. Original B/L (minimal 3 sheet)
3. Qriginal Packing List
4. Original Passport
5. Reference letter from embassy

Semi-Diplomatic Personal (UN. UNICEF. WHO. Etc):

1. From PP-1 9 approved by Indonesia Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. Original B/L
3. Original Packing List
4. Original Passport
5. Reference letter form the organization
