When exporting personal effects, the process can seem daunting, there are several documents required for exporting personal effects. The following documents are required to export personal effects:

Visa Status Foreign Worker (Expatriate)
1. Copy of Passport (front page and back page with address)
2. Copy of E-Itas (Stay permit)
3. Copy of IMTA (work permit) / Payment notification (Notifikasi Pembayaran)
4. Copy of visa from destination country (If not returning citizen)
5. Original reference letter from sponsorship company and sign by authorize staff above (sample will provide it)
6. Original authorization Letter for customs clearance purpose
7. Original statement letter mentioning not bringing any antic or historical item in the shipment
8. Copy of airline ticket (e-ticket)
9. Departure stamp from Immigration Officer at the airport during departure
10. Packing list
Visa Status Indonesia Citizen (Indonesian Passport Holder)
1. Copy of Passport (front page and back page with address)
2. Copy of visa from destination country (If not returning citizen)
3. Original letter of assignment or re-assignment from sponsor
4. Original authorization letter for customs clearance purpose
5. Original statement letter mentioning not bringing any antic or historical item in the shipment
6. Original reference letter from local government where the shipper live stating reason to move (Surat Pindah dari Kelurahan)
7. Copy of airline ticket (e-ticket)
8. Departure stamp from Immigration Officer at the airport during departure
9. Packing list

Visa Status Foreign Student
1. Copy of Children Passport (front page and back page with address)
2. Copy of Parent Passport
3. Copy of e-ITAS (stay permit)
4. Copy of visa from destination country (If not returning citizen)
5. Original authorization letter for customs clearance purpose
6. Original statement letter mentioning not bringing any antic or historical item in the shipment
7. Original reference letter from the school
8. Copy of airline ticket
9. Departure stamp from Immigration Officer at the airport during departure

5. Original statement letter which mentioning that the shipment not bringing any antic or historical goods outside Indonesian Customs jurisdiction

8. Departure stamp from Immigration Officer at the airport

3. ID Diplomatic Card/ ID Semi Diplomatic
