From Shipper : 1. BL (original / surrender) 2. Invoice (original) 3. Packing list (original) 4. Insurance (original) 5. Photo / picture of goods 6. Sales Contract 7. Manual Book in English / Indonesian complete with assembly pictures 8. Other supporting documents: according to HS and LARTAS (eg: Phytosanitary, COO, LS, Labeling, import permit / recommendation from the Indonesian police) ===> depending on the type of commodity and its HS code
Prepared by Importer/ consignee : 1. Importer company documents; NIB, NPWP and KTP of the person in charge 2. Proof of transfer or Proof of Payment for purchase of goods 3. Purchase Order 4. Other supporting documents: according to HS and LARTAS (eg: Phytosanitary, COO, LS, Labeling, import permit / recommendation from the Indonesian police) ===> depending on the type of commodity and its HS code 5. Customs power of attorney 6. Document Validity Letter 7. Telex Release / Surrender Statement Letter (if B / L surrender) 8. Statement Letter that the goods are new and not used / reconditioned 9. Customs Value List and DNP Statement Letter (original) 10. Technician / Importer Representative who understands the goods to explain; if SPJM and requested by BC Officer 11.
