
ALFI Convex 2025 is Indonesia's largest logistics conference and exhibition, focusing on the transformation of the national logistics and supply chain sector towards Golden Indonesia 2045 (Indonesia Emas 2045). ALFI Convex 2025 was held from November 12–14, 2025, at Hall 3–3A, ICE BSD, South Tangerang.
The event aimed to strengthen collaboration among stakeholders, showcase the latest logistics technology, and facilitate business opportunities. Key discussions covered digitalization, efficiency, infrastructure, and issues such as the Zero ODOL (Over Dimension Over Loading) policy and reinforcing the role of women in the logistics industry.
Logistics Transformation: The main focus of the event was accelerating logistics transformation to achieve the Golden Indonesia 2045 targets.
Strengthening Collaboration: Serving as an important platform for synergy between the government, the private sector, and other key stakeholders.
Partnership Opportunities: The exhibition and business matching sessions brought together business players to explore new investment and partnership opportunities.
Infrastructure and Efficiency: Efforts to address disparities in infrastructure development, reduce national logistics costs, and strengthen inter-regional interconnectivity, including the development of rail transport modes.
Digitalization: The digitalization of logistics services was a key focus to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
Sustainability and Environment: Discussing issues such as energy transition and efforts to achieve net-zero emissions by 2060 through the development of rail-based transportation.
Regulation: Supporting deregulation and the enforcement of policies such as Zero Over Dimension Over Load (ODOL) to improve safety and efficiency.
Women Empowerment: Holding a special forum to strengthen the role of women in the logistics sector and promote gender equality.
The discussion forum was attended by more than 300 national and international logistics business players who are members of the Indonesian Logistics and Forwarder Association (ALFI), as well as leaders of associations and cross-sectoral policymakers. The President Director of Naval Cargo also attended the ALFI CONVEX 2025 event.
The organization of ALFI Convex 2025 served as a momentum to reinforce Indonesia's logistics sector and encourage the development of a more connected and efficient supply chain.
