Many companies said they had the best, and when they finally gave us quotes they were very high. We tried 1 company, only to find out what they had guaranteed was NOT what we received in the end, once the shipment arrived in Australia. This misrepresentation on that company's part took us a long time to sort out and receive a refund for their mistake. We then started to get quotes from PT Naval Cargo. We found the staff to be excellent, and the prices they quoted were around the same as the cheapest others we had found. With a little more time, and a few more emails back and forth between them and their Sydney agents, they were able to secure the best price we had found, by far. We decided to try again, and were extremely happy with the whole process from collecting the goods from our villa, to delivering them to our distributor in Sydney. We even changed the delivery address at the last minute, and this was not a problem. So in short, we would highly recommend PT Naval Cargo for any overseas delivery of cargo. Their staff are great, their prices are the best, and their service was fantastic.
