Naval Cargo can arrange customized city sightseeing tours to give relocation individuals and their family a brief introduction to day-to-day life in their new country. Each major location visited is well documented including photographs, city map and completed with any other relevant information.
Specific agenda items during a Familiarisation include:
- Excursion to new social environment such as journey to school and to workplace.
- Opening a new bank account in Bali.
- Brief information pertaining to local currency: introduction to notes and coins, exchange rates and where to find moneychanger.
- Directions on how to use public transport systems and which route to take.
- Explanation about tipping and practices of bargaining.
- Information about expatriate club or community and some telephone numbers for emergency call (hospital, police station, fire department, consulate office, etc.)
- Location of leisure activities, education and recreation facilities.
- Notice about security matters: places to avoid.
- Do shopping for essential needs such as food, appliances, clothing or furniture and concurrently making a visit to shopping establishments popular for expatriates.
- Where to find doctor of general practitioner, health clinic or chemist shop.
Naval Cargo arranges transportation required during Familiarization program. Should the program be held in half-day or multiple days, lunch will be provided.

4. House Keeping Services
For relocating family, moving to new house may not at all times run smoothly as plan before. Probably, there is something that does not work or you bring along some household goods or personal effects from home and they indeed need setting up immediately. Whatever you bring, don’t be panic as we stay behind you to make your plan work. Naval Cargo with its one-stop handyman service will provide solution for this anxiety. Our skilful, courteous and English-speaking staff will do any furniture set-up, electrical installation or even other minor repairs.
We also offer housekeeping service to maintain your newly residence encompassing maids, cleaning the room & window, washing dishes or even shopping for kitchen needs or others. Or, if your maid(s) happens to be sick, on leave or unavailable, we provide temporary maid service in order you can remain to concentrate yourself on the business.

5. Furniture Rental

6. Language Program
To build a better understanding and communication with local colleagues or neighbourhood in new office in Bali, Naval Cargo can also organize local language (Bahasa Indonesia) training program by making cooperation with local qualified language training provider(s) based on your communication needs. With customized modules, this training is available for individual and group instruction, in-house program or by class attendance, with the focus on language for daily conversation or business communication practices.
